I LOVE this product! We have a newly adopted plotter dog and some people are a little scared of her. It has large bark and unique coloring, and is somewhat frightened when approaching other dogs. With this harness people are much more accommodating to her behavior when we are working with her in public as the harness makes it clear that she is in the learning process. It also prevented people from immediately running to pet her without being asked, making it much easier for us owners to slowly introduce her to people. I don't attach a leash to this harness so I can't confirm its effectiveness in this area, but my dog was able to wear it for 5 mile walks without chafing or overheating. Solid purchase!
