I had to buy over a dozen for the help desk. On average, workers spend 1.5 hours every day just talking to one another. Aside from being a convenient tool with respectable sound quality, the noise reduction also functions tolerably well. This is not a high-quality headset designed for use in call centers, but it's better than nothing. I like that I can mute the mic and adjust the volume without taking off my headset. A weak construction and low-quality Chinese plastic are among the problems. Nothing has broken as of yet, but there is a fear that exceeding a certain threshold of pressure would cause the device to malfunction.
