We had this set for the last week or so and use it every day. They are non-stick, no not really. Will they be cloudy, yes. IF YOU READ THE DOCUMENTS you can avoid all of this. First you need to heat the pan for a couple of minutes, and then fry the oil in it. Pans also need to be seasoned after each use. If you put food in it, it will burn and stick, and if you wash it with soap and water, it will become cloudy. If you can read you can avoid all the negative reviews. These are good pans, well made as far as I can tell, definitely not an expert on pots and pans but they love to cook and they work perfectly. When you have nicer things to do, that can sometimes be an extra worry, and it seems like a lot of people don't put in the extra effort that it takes. Cash!
