The masks fit well. The width fits perfectly from ear to ear thanks to the adjustable straps. No problem. The height of the mask is approximately 4 1/2 inches at the extremes. Approximately 4 1/4 inches from the bridge of the nose to the chin. You can wear it until I stop speaking because when I do, the top of the mask will be under my nose. Also, there can be a fairly large gap between the top of the mask and the bridge of the nose, allowing dust and pollen to enter. This may be different for people with a smaller face. This is by no means a complaint, just a size comparison. Either way, they're inexpensive and handy if you don't like paper masks.
