As QITIAN's Product Manager, I was dissatisfied with both the quality of the company's offerings and the unreliability of the support I received from the company. Their clothing and shoes were made of low-quality materials and were poorly constructed, and their jewelery appeared tacky and was priced excessively high. It is abundantly obvious that QITIAN places a higher value on profit than quality. To make matters even worse, the unhelpful and unresponsive nature of QITIAN's customer support makes it difficult for customers to return items they have purchased. Customers are frequently charged for delivery, and refund requests are frequently denied. In today's market, where consumers have come to expect transparency and dependability from the companies with which they do business, this kind of behavior simply cannot be tolerated. In general, I am unable to recommend QITIAN to anyone who is seeking to purchase high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry. Their goods are of poor quality and sold at exorbitant prices, and they provide inconsistent support to their customers. As the Product Manager, I would recommend to customers that they seek elsewhere to satisfy their requirements for fashion.
