Well I get that this will NOT stop crowing, I wasn't expecting that. However, he says to lower the level and how often the roosters crow. That didn't happen. Both of my roosters were still crowing as loudly as they had without the collar and just as loudly. I do NOT have them on hens to provide feedback on the drop in tone of their laying song or call after laying, so I can't give a good review on that. If it didn't work on roosters, I assume it won't work on chickens either. If you want to buy them for your roosters, DON'T! Save your money! This is a total waste of money and I don't know how these collars ever got good reviews as they didn't work on both of my cocks. The noise level was just as loud and equal. So save your money and go for another way of fighting roosters, by separating them from the flock, limiting the light, or whatever you need to do. I don't like writing bad reviews but this product should be taken off the shelves. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
