Does not work on long haired cats

So the unit itself if made of cheap plastic parts and the overall utility for me can be summed up by one word, which is "useless”. I have a long haired exotic cat and this thing did not cut at all, the fur jammed and clogged the blades pretty much from the very start. I tried different blade settings and clipper attachments but nothing worked. Perhaps this clipper would be more useful for short hair but I suggest saving your money.
