The Myostorm massage ball initially kept what it promised: The vibration settings for the thermal massage were correct. But after a couple of weeks we noticed that the charge wasn't holding because we thought we connected it wrong, we charged it again and it took time. But a week later (right at the end of the return date!) no further charges were ever brought. It came on and then off again after 5 seconds. I need at least an exchange but don't know who to contact.
