I was very impressed with the quality and it arrived quickly

For $38 I was a bit nervous that it was strong enough for my little marshmallow. But when it was delivered, I immediately threw it at him and ran around the apartment with him. I am happy to say that I am completely satisfied with the safety of this product. The straps are also of good quality. Please refer to the required dimensions of this product, not just the weight. My 18 lb Maltese took the XXL. Would highly recommend this product and will buy again.
