You name it. I can't think of anything that I don't like. Maybe the customer support is a little slow to respond. But if you have read this far, that's awesome. This software is going to get you the results you need! You're in the right place. The best decision I've ever made. I cannot say enough good things about this software. It's saving me time and money. And it's being much easier to troubleshoot my WiFi. I've always felt like my previous solutions weren't enough. And they weren't even the best. But it was a little frustrating that I couldn't determine my problems. This really helped me learn more. And we're getting better results. We're having a better WiFi connection. But I still haven't figured out why it's not working. I'm hoping with the help of this software that I finally learn what I'm doing wrong. The best thing about this product is that it allows me to understand how my guests are using our Wi-Fi network in order for us as business owners know what we need fixed/improved upon so they can be of more help when needed! I have found out where i am having issues such like poor speed or too many users trying at once etc which gives you insights into exactly why certain areas suffer from slower internet speeds than others (so no point blaming one area over another).
