Good product, not disappointed.
For this price, it’s just a godsend, the printing house is now pretty short of money from our small office, and the printer itself beat off literally on a couple of hundred printed sheets. But the printer is unbalanced. On the one hand, the huge resource of one refill and the ridiculous cost of a print make you want to print a lot on it. On the other hand, the low print speed and the capriciousness of the paper feed mechanism do not allow this. It's a shame. So I recommend it for small volumes, well, or for offices where there is a secretary who still has nothing to do and she can monitor this unit all day :)
- 1. Excellent print quality. Business cards, brochures and other corporate parties are indistinguishable from typographic ones. We add a cutter and a booklet maker to this printer and we have covered 95% of the needs of a typical small business in printing. 2. Absolutely ridiculous print cost. I immediately bought jars of ink to spare, but I don’t know when I’ll get to them - hundreds of full-filled sheets are behind me, and the ink level hasn’t dropped that much yet. Don't think about expenses at all.
- 1. Brutally, unrealistic, maddeningly slow. At the time of writing this review, I'm sleeping in the office, because for tomorrow's conference I need only 100 double-sided A4 sheets . for this printer, this is a story for several hours of printing. 2. Paper feed sometimes fails, skips sheets and gives errors. Because of this, you can’t leave it unattended, so all these hours (see paragraph 1) have to be spent next to the printer. Something denser than 120 g / cm2 can only be inserted one leaf at a time, otherwise there will be only jams. 3. There is an unobvious story with the drivers. HP Smart under Win 11 did not install drivers for this printer itself, but some universal ones for HP, with which the printer works, but borderless printing cannot be configured in any way. I suffered a lot before I realized what the problem was, downloaded the drivers and installed them manually.
