I've had it for just over 2 months with heavy use and I'm very happy with it! He has taken root in our family! The plastic pitcher that we knocked off the counter too many times was unusable, we even used it without a handle for a while before the last fall. We have a small kitchen and it's the perfect size, plus it's stainless steel! No plastic! Hooray! I'm proud to have it on my shelf! Very easy to use, just put the sachet in the jug! I just ordered new packages, that's why I wrote a review. Water really gives me extra energy and clarity as does the whole alkaline concept here. The lid still looks good, no rust, some reviews said they had rust and I almost gave up buying it. Does it filter the water completely? No, it's more of a treatment, read their information and decide for yourself what is more useful. That's the goalkeeper for me
