View the recommended installation video on the front of the box. It's very easy to install once you do this. The iPad is inserted into the top of a case or screen protector. Please make sure you REMOVE the PLASTIC FILM protecting the front and back top/side of the screen protector first. And make sure there is no lint, dust, etc. on the front or back of the tablet. We have a regular 9.7 inch iPad, not a Pro iPad, and this case fits perfectly! We hope the durability of this case will extend the life of our tablet. So far it's working great! Love it. Blush pink is a pleasant shade without being overpowering, with a metallic shimmer in the finish. The kickstand on the back still looks good but only works in a horizontal tilt/angle position. It can also work vertically, but it can easily fall down. The screen protector isn't glass, but the plastic seems decent. No issues with touchscreen capability/sensitivity. Works perfectly. Would definitely buy again. (So far so good, just installed it today! I'll check it out and let you know if there are any problems!)
