After installing it exactly according to the instructions available online, my KitchenAid oven came back on. This is undoubtedly a genuine Whirlpool/KitchenAid part and eliminates the need to replace a blown front panel thermal fuse. Please note that you must remove the front control panel of the wall oven (maximum six screws). If you don't feel comfortable doing this, I strongly encourage you to seek professional help. And please switch off the power in your oven at the switch box before you start working on your appliance.
