This is the second chair of the Bureaucrat. The photo looked smaller. Fits great in size and design. Convenient. The crosspiece is metal, it is not difficult to assemble, in principle, but ! I really did not like the thread for the screws on the bottom of the seat. One screw is not even screwed in to the end, and one and a half. There is no rocking mechanism, the backrest is not adjustable in depth. But I don't need it. The color is white, but not boiling. Packed in a box, each piece in a bag. Not a bad option for your money. Less than a month in use. Hope it lasts a long time.
