My best bet was to add the ribbon to Monitor Accessories

This works great for preventing prying eyes from seeing my screen unless they are directly behind me. Information about my patient is hidden. However, since I'm not tall, my monitor is tilted slightly downwards. I've added a band at the bottom so it's flush with the monitor. Although no one can tell.
