You have access from multiple platforms such as web or mobile apps which makes it easier than ever before - we are able track customer behaviors wherever they go within your store/website easily without having them download any additional software / hardware devices etc.- no more missing out that important sales conversion opportunities due to lack of visibility into their journey through an ecommerce site;-) Easy to create geofences, easy to set up alerts, easy to track the app usage. The support is great as well. We use it for geofencing and geocoding. We are able to use it to track the app usage and give the user a notification if they have not opened the app for a long time. We have also been able to track the app usage in different countries.
