I ordered this chair and when it arrived the La-Z-Boy Delano Big & Tall Executive Office Chair was Bonded Leather - Chestnut (Brown) the box was not damaged at all. All of the wooden legs on the bottom of the chair have been torn off. The screws were removed and cleaned. The seller kindly approved the return and sent another chair that is exactly the same as the original. I repacked the first chair and took it to the UPS pickup point. The new chair arrived today as promised. Upon opening the box, I immediately checked the base first and. Exactly the same situation with the wooden legs separated from the metal base and the screws removed. I have requested a full refund and now need to box and return this chair before I can receive a refund. I hope your experience is better than mine. The chair itself is nice but the build quality of the chair is definitely lacking. Not at all what I expected from the LA Z BOY chair.
