Arrived neatly packaged as described in individual bags and it was great. Appearance 5/5. Material quality 3/5. There is a small white piece that connects the headphones to the cable, which was easy to detach but easy to put back together. The sound quality was 2/5. They did their job but my students complained that they were of poor quality and I didn't believe it. Overall happy with my purchase! They got the job done for the price I paid and the quantity I needed.
