I am very disappointed. I ordered a men's size 13. I received a size 8.5. I went back, looked at the order and the description clearly says size 47 EU. The shoe I received says size 47. Despite the seal, the shoes I received are size 44 EU 8.5 US. This was a big purchase for me. I saved to get what I wanted. I would return or exchange them. But I can't trust their size. You are arguing with my daughter and it's her birthday. so i gave it to her. Seems to be a very nice design. Really disappointed.
