Excellent Digital Marketing Firm For Any Industry
I worked with them for two years while at my previous career in healthcare marketing where we were looking into implementing their platform which was great! They are very responsive but not always quick when replying back so it can be frustrating if you need things answered right away or within an hour of submitting your request (I know that's probably impossible). Great team who genuinely cares about what they do - super friendly people too :) If nothing else just use this service because its easy enought to start using once onboarded vs hiring another agency/personnel internally like us did before moving forward wth JSPR! We used jspr heavily during our time working together to help promote initiatives around new products, services etc., both online via digital platforms such as Facebook adsets + Instagram posts / stories plus offline event activations including live events, press conferences and other media opportunities.
- They are great at providing excellent customer service, follow through, and delivering on commitments the product is easy to use and a decent price point
- I would prefer that there were more options for social media and PR services available to their clients if needed such as search engine optimization, SEM, SEO, social media management, content marketing, etc
