The customer support team helps me understand my needs when it comes to our business processes and they are constantly willing to learn more about how I do things in order for us all to be successful together! They have an amazing dashboard that allows me to see where there could possibly be room improvement or optimization within certain areas such as data analytics.

Overall this software has been very beneficial to our organization and makes managing employee time off, vacation requests etc much easier than paper forms would allow.
