When I first purchased this sound device, I was still sitting on a laptop and, in fact, that's why I took usb. Everything worked fine with it (a laptop) out of the box, there weren't even problems with the software (as they say on some forums). However, after a couple of months I assembled myself a stationary and everything would be fine, but problems with sound began when the screen was shown in Discord, Zoom. It manifested itself in the following manner: you start the broadcast, and after two to three minutes the sound vanishes with a sound like someone pulling out the 3.5mm jack while playing something hot. In order for it to reappear, you need to either restart the computer or the sound system. When you connected by optics, on the other hand, there were no such tops. The customer support worked for 1.5 months, answering once a week, despite the fact that I described the problem in great detail from the very beginning, shot a video where the problem is clearly visible, and at the first request from them I sent the system config, etc. etc. Here is the negative aspect: the customer support worked for 1.5 months. The issue, in general, was that this zvukovuha did not understand how to work with PCI express 4.0. The manufacturer claims that the version is too recent and that it is not supported just yet (as they answered in support). All of the aforementioned issues vanished entirely after changing the setting in the BIOS from PCI express 4.0 to PCI express 3.0. The jester is aware of how they discovered the solution.
