This is a great product especially if you suffer from chronic inflammation or pain that requires the use of ice. I've been using it on my knee most nights for two months. It gets cold enough to be therapeutic, but not cold enough to sting. I love the fact that I don't have to stay away from my legs while my knee gets cold. I can get up to go to the bathroom, have a drink, etc. without removing the ice. The bandage is a typical first-class bandage with Velcro for tight wrapping. After two months, I haven't noticed much stretching even after several washes. An ice pack can of course also be used alone. A good product.
