The band comes very well packaged not only with clear shrink wrap around the links but also in its own thicker zipped plastic sleeve to ensure it arrives scratch free. I hooked up this band to my Seiko SRPD21 and immediately realized the issue of attaching the band with the spring bars that came with it. The rods were too small in diameter, but also too small for the band. If you measure all 4 spring bars, they come to 1.42 mm. Luckily I had some 1.75mm rods and they fitted the band PERFECTLY unlike the factory rods which had too much play (see photo). For reference, the SRPD21 has 2.45mm diameter rods from the factory. Whether or not the factory staves fit the real watch, the fact that the supplied staves were loosened when they were inserted into the bracelet is why I docked 1 star. In my opinion, the strap does not have sufficient adjustment. I have 7" wrists and had to remove all but 2 links. Since the band was too big I had to lower the clasp down to its smallest position. I would suggest replacing the 2 non-detachable links with detachable ones for those with a wrist smaller than to replace me.All in all, this is a great bracelet for a fraction of the price of others, but my suggestions shouldn't affect the price either.
