While they fit well and appear genuine, I believe they are third party. For some reason it's difficult to find replacement heads for this model, but these were the only ones available. They work, yes, but they're "very" noisy compared to OEM and don't perform as well. Also, they tend to hurt if you're not careful, unlike the originals which were very comfortable. To top it off, they totally got it wrong with what Phillips wrote on the heads, so I doubt they're legit. At least they work. although. some.
