, I am under the impression that these are genuine Norelco blades and when you install them and try to use them it is quite obvious that they are not. These things tear your hair out of your face. I replaced a set of blades that had been in my razor for 15 years with these and I had to take them out and put the 15 year olds back in because I had to stop shaving. I don't recommend these at all. I wish I could get my money back. Maybe I can?

While they fit well and appear genuine, I believe they are third party. For some reason it's difficult to find replacement heads for this model, but these were the only ones available. They work, yes, but they're "very" noisy compared to OEM and don't perform as well. Also, they tend to hurt if you're not careful, unlike the originals which were very comfortable. To top it off, they totally got it wrong with what Phillips wrote on the heads, so I doubt they're legit. At least they work…

My razor. Even the old heads never had their mustaches pulled. Old original heads shave much cleaner than new ones. I'm waiting for UPS to pick up these new heads to credit my account. It appears that tolerances were not met during production which allowed the mustache to simply enter the cutter and pull. Has anyone found a set of cutters that work properly, or a way to fit the old ones to the new ones with tight tolerances? Notify me here in response

The product received is counterfeit or made in China. The question isn't so much where they're made as how they're deceptively labeled. This product came about when I was looking for the genuine Philips Norelco part number. The post uses real images from Norelco and NO images of their own product. See the real article attached. Genuine Norelco products are marked Dualprecision. They say due precision. Cheap crap! To return.
