This shoe is very comfortable. They are also very large and shiny. I decided to return them. The biggest issue I have with this is the sizing, specifically the height of the shoe. I'm not sure which shin pads fit them. The foot platform is positioned high enough that your shin pads are about 2-4 inches higher. I have Davishins (latest version) and when I walk around the house I just couldn't get comfortable in the top of the shoe which is a shame as the shoes are so comfortable. The shin guards should be one centimeter higher than the shoes, otherwise they will rub on the shins. I'd really like to know what the pros are using to get them working. As far as I can tell they will protect your foot like no other. Another problem I have is glare. I keep my shoes clean, so that's not what I mean. I guess I just like flat black instead of glossy. It's just a matter of personal preference. I end up just trying to squeeze another year out of my bitches. Finally, I would suggest going for 2e or 4e because I find them very tight. Actually had to bring back the first (D) in version 2 as well because they were so tight. 2e were ok, but not me. If I had to buy a new pair now I would definitely choose version 2 over v3. So very comfortable but doesn't work with my shin guards and a bit bright/shiny for my liking.
