As others have said, the fan mount is practically useless. Their "less is more" concept didn't work at all with the mount. I can even understand why there are no pre-drilled holes because there would be one more thing to seal if you weren't going to use it, but include a bracket far enough away from the fan to actually use it. The second issue I have is that the wall display is a total joke, apparently even by their own tech support. Every time I call support about a constantly blinking wall light, I get a different answer. The last 2 times a woman had the gall to tell me that the wall display should do this. It ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT do this judging by the warning on the wall display itself with the tech support phone number to call when it flashes like that. It's been blinking since the electricians finished the install and hasn't stopped blinking since then unless I turn off the switch. When I turn off the circuit breaker it works normally until the drying cycle is complete and then starts blinking again. It has been adjusted so many times that the crappy head of the adjustment screw is almost useless. As for the dehumidifier, it works perfectly. With all the complaints they've received about the same things, you'd think they'd solved the problem instead of lying to the customer! I've had the device for almost a year now.
