2 days did not notice anything, then the holy prayer of the legs began STRONGLY peeling off. Good Bad. It was all dead skin, even my toes were peeling! I recommend using any pumice stone to scrub off dead skin. My feet have been peeling for about 4 days, rely on socks and shoes unless you care about people seeing your crusty, flaky feet. Now they are soft and just look super pretty! I would definitely get it again, maybe twice a year or so.
