Update January 2021 - Anker contacted me and sent me replacement cables even though I was outside of the return window with Revain. The support from Anker was very polite and pleasant to deal with. The new cables I received work great! I must have originally received cables that were damaged in transit or possibly just one in a million with defects. I've always loved Anker products, but now I'm definitely a lifelong customer. First review: I'm usually a big fan of Anker products. I have had several power supplies, cables and batteries from them over the past few years. However, this product is horribly executed. One of the cables never worked right out of the box and the other cable failed within the first 2 months, now no device recognizes plugging into a cable. And unfortunately I've exceeded the return window for this, so I'm stuck with useless cables. Run away from that cable and buy from someone else. I'm not sure I'll be buying any other Anker products in the future.
