I AM SO CONFUSED
I still give three stars because I was able to get it to work. I filled them with bird seed for my wedding. However, the crazy part is that I ordered two packs and they sent me two COMPLETELY different sizes. For example, I say that one of the packages I received was half the size of the others. I still used them, but beware of that possibility when ordering.
