I like that it allows me to track my ad spend down into individual campaigns as well as across multiple channels for one client at once! It's easy enough when you're just starting out so there isn't much learning curve involved if someone is new or has been away from AdWords/AdCenter since 2010 (like myself). The support team can be slow sometimes - they are all busy people afterall though we have no way around this unfortunately :P We've used other providers before who were more nimble than them however their customer service was terrible compared too ours here!! So far everything seems good about our current setup although nothing really comes up against anything else currently unless maybe its something minor such as some weird formatting issue where an image might look slightly different depending what browser etc.,etc..
