This review caught the attention of Vladimir, after which I was contacted. They offered me a full refund or a replacement and I opted for a replacement. A new massage ball was received and works great - no disconnects, no charging issues - all fine. Although there might have been a problem with the first one, they called me back very quickly and the replacement came right away. Excellent customer service! This product was great until it became one. Worked great, loved the massage, easy to use, very effective for two (2) weeks! I left it alone for a week and hmmmm it doesn't turn on, no light is visible, I pressed the button several times. hmmm? Must have been fired. Connected - the charging indicator did not light up. Phew, the power must have gone out. 2 hours charged - nothing. The leaflet that came with the kit says to contact them if "the power light doesn't work after a long charge". E-mail - 1 week nothing. Email again and no reply. Lesson learned - never buy this product.
