Can't focus fully sounds great

I've tried everything to focus, I can tell very little difference when I turn the knob all the way to focus, I can see how the lenses move in and out but no difference for me. no focus for individual eyes, only both at once. The sound is great, free gaming accessory, I have no idea how to use it, I don't play video games but I'm very tech savvy.
