First, they are NOT scented. Maybe they're just old and the smell has dissipated, but don't expect a smell when you buy them anyway. Second, these are the worst poop bags if you have a medium to large sized dog. Yes, you can pick up feces, but you cannot tie a bag. Which is pretty rough. Third, the container/dispenser they come in is cheap flimsy plastic junk. I couldn't even get them out. I think it's advertised as attaching to a leash, but like I said, cheap flimsy junk plastic. If you can't afford to spend more than a few bucks, just know that this is a really dirty product. They do their job but you will most likely never buy again.
