Pros: Heats up very quickly. Can stay warm for hours. Soft. Easy to use. Cons: can be a bit wider and longer, but the size is given in advance. Above 2 you get a very hot setting and you have to be careful. I wouldn't let kids use this unsupervised. I would have liked the cord to the remote to be longer and longer from the remote to the outlet. <- Preference since I live in an old house and not many outlets. It is not safe to connect heaters to extension cords.
