Sturdy and good quality metal, not easily bendable.
Would not recommended the screw style if you have a thinner nasal cartilage/small nostril as the straight part is too long so the stud doesn't sit flat against the nose and the screw part poked out of my nostril unless I position it just so. Exchanging for the L shape.
