The box it came in was absolutely undamaged. The inner packaging was new, sealed. The 'hinge' was broken and the deadbolt that the lock slipped through was completely broken and the two screws holding it were gone as if it had been broken in a package with parts missing. Otherwise it is exactly the same as listed and easy to assemble. I'm hoping to fix this with UV resin as I don't have time for a replacement. I noticed that the protective film on the acrylic has changed from clear plastic to sticky paper, making it easier to remove. Had it arrived in good condition it would have been a 4-5 star item.
