I received this because my kitten outgrew his small cage. Her old crate was a regular plastic crate and she absolutely hated it and always made the trip to the vet a lot more stressful for her and me because she kept meowing to get out. When I opened it, she immediately crawled in! She has so much standing/sitting/lying space and loves the little retractable extension! I plan to always keep it away and open it up for her so she knows it's a safe and comfortable place for her and hopefully it will make her vet visits a lot less stressful :) I HIGHLY recommend this product!
