I have used magnets for many years, mostly when I have discomfort from muscle tension, knee or lower back pain. I not only rely on it, but use it in between massage and chiropractic. They help relieve pain and prevent it from getting worse. I love this product because it offers two sizes so I can wear more than one size on my body. I also like the dimples which make it easy for me to know which side to put them on my body. They are a bit more expensive so I wish the company offered more sticky patches. I'll use regular bandages, but I caution you to make sure the magnet is securely attached. I've lost a lot of magnets because I didn't fasten them properly before leaving them for the day.
