The lighting is beautiful and doesn't put out the heat I have.
Nice lighting that doesn't generate as much heat as my fluorescent bulb. It's interesting to see how different the light is from fluorescent - it's definitely more like sunlight, which I hadn't noticed before. and night mode. Like a slow blackout between them. Control is limited to Off/Night/Day modes. A sudden change in lighting (e.g. default on/off) may irritate the fish for a few seconds. An even better improvement is adding an automatic timer to the sunset feature.
