Let's be honest this is a great little TV

This is a great little TV. Five stars for the quality of the TV to recognize it for what it is (and not expecting it to compete with bigger, more expensive TVs). I have a black model for a small TV next to my desk in my office. The device is beautiful, clean and fits perfectly into my interior. The picture quality is excellent, the sound is excellent. It's true (as some reviewers have pointed out) that image quality decreases as you move further away from the center in front of the screen. This is normal and expected from any LED TV of this size and price. The picture remains razor-sharp and is easy to see from normal TV viewing angles. It's also true that the speakers are small and hooked up to a small TV, so you don't get great volume, sound field depth, or baseline power. Audio quality is still excellent, and the volume is adequate if you're sitting at a distance where you can reasonably see the screen. (I sit three to five feet from the screen, about five square feet, but not always directly in front of it.) The audio tends to get tinny when you crank it all the way up. (I tried just to test this; the volume gets really loud, but the sound quality drops off quickly when you hit the max volume. Sitting a meter away from myself, I've found that I'm typically less than 1 /4 of full volume have volume.) Finally, I haven't seen a dead pixel in a few days and haven't had to try and service it, so I can't comment on those aspects yet, or how long or well it will last. So in summary, this great little device is only 13.3 inches and costs less than $100. So let's face it: this is a great TV in this class and at this price point. This is NOT your living room home entertainment system; This is a small and inexpensive TV for small spaces.
