After a month of use we are finally ready to write a review. This machine makes good coffee, no question about it. The temperature is good (both coffee and foam), however there are a few notes: - Daily cleaning of the milk system, which does not take much time but requires a lot of attention. The weirdest thing is you have to add half the water and I'm so confused why they don't just make the container bigger. Is the cleaner expensive - around $30 a month with daily use? - The touch screen is NOT sensitive at all! Many times I've wanted to reduce the amount of coffee or foam, but the touchscreen doesn't respond despite pressing it hard many times! So frustrating that the result is overly strong coffee (husband likes strong coffee and I don't) - this machine is constantly cleaning itself which is good BUT it means you have to keep a cup under the dispenser all the time to catch water! However, at the end of the day, the tray is full of water and you need to take it out and clean it carefully. Either way, the coffee is good, but be aware of those extra maintenance and usability issues!
