Review on EXPLOMOS NGFF Adapter Power Cable by Carnell Bollwitt

The adapter is NOT open despite the description explicitly saying otherwise (or at least one of which wasn't supplied to me). This was quite a problem for me as I had to connect two x4 cards and two x16 cards. I damaged 2 adapters when I sanded the back end of the connector. Luckily I ordered some spare adapters just in case, but still - this is blatant misinformation. The adapter overall is of pretty good quality and feels nice, but the open end is one of the main features, really needed to connect any card larger than x4 to it without grinding/drilling. So I can't rate it as a good buy if it doesn't deliver what it promises.
