The customer support team has been very responsive, always ready for assistance if needed during implementation of our solution or when having issues after it was implemented. They are also proactive in helping us solve problems that arise along way while implementing their product. We have had some instances where they were slow at responding but we understand this comes from different cultures/communication languages etc., which makes sense since its an international organization (and I'm sure there may be others as well). Overall so far i've seen no negative aspects about using scalefocus's cybersecurity services. Their service has given me peace of mind knowing my data safety is being handled by experts who can give you advice before anything happens.
