These briefs have no tags at the waist. . . But. . There is a label on the side that you will probably want to carefully remove. Made from 100% cotton. Soft and comfortable thickness. I'm a size 8. They measure 20 inches before each stretch and stretch to about 26 inches comfortably. The leg openings are quite large. The design is very bright and cute. These briefs are made in China and sold by a Chinese company at Best Buy. If you can get them in the size you want for the current starting price of just under eleven euros. . . they are not bad. But the current high end of the scale ($22) is way too high.
