I bought four kits to light up our windows as part of our Christmas light show. The lights look very nice and throw a good amount of light. Remote work is generally decent. I only have two claims and have deducted a star for each.1. They get tangled so easily. I learned my lesson after the first one. You'll still have some problems with tangling the main wire, but keeping each strand in a bundle until you're working with that particular thread will save you a lot of headaches. The timer never works according to plan. I could turn on all four of ours in a minute, but they turn off in 5 to 30 minute intervals. The re-timer kicks in even more so I have to turn them on manually most of the night. TO UPDATE. I went to change the batteries in them when the light started to fade. Every battery has this little plastic spacer. I had trouble with one of these when I first got them, but managed to recover well enough to get it working. Well now there is a problem with two more threads and this time they don't come back no matter what I do with the shim. Batteries are new and work in other things. These things end up in the trash after Christmas and I pay a few bucks more for the USB charging version.
