That's a good idea

With a few tweaks it could be great. The cutting surface flexes during use; should be stronger. I like spikes to hold things in place, but some things don't need them; It would be better if they were only on one side. Rubber around the outside creates an edge when shredded product is pushed off the edge; must be flush with the cut surface. It's ok for the price, but I'd happily pay more for one with the above mods.
