I have severe psoriatic arthritis and needed a leash to put on my wrist on difficult days and one that was durable due to my lethargy The dog tries to gnaw through every leash. This leash is almost perfect! My only complaint is that the foam on the handles stinks horribly! I've had them for about 2 months and they're still holding up just as badly as they did at first. I couldn't use it for the first 2 weeks and left it hanging outside but it didn't do much. I wish I knew how to get rid of that chemical rubber smell. That's the only reason I gave this place 4 instead of 5 stars. If the smell went away after a short time I would definitely give it a 5, but after 2 months it's still awful.
